Last week, we gathered 60 CMOs from top brands for our NY Google CMO AI Lab--a day focused on inspiration, action, and community building. We're in an important moment in our industry as marketers, with the opportunity to collectively define the future of #AI + Marketing, and unlock growth in ways we simply couldn't before. We were grateful for the chance to spend the time together digging in with this stellar group. My highlights from the day: 💡 Matthieu Lorrain from Google DeepMind gave an inside look into AI today, and how it's reshaping creativity and storytelling for tomorrow. 💡 Jean-Paul Jansen shared how Mars Petcare is leveraging AI to generate content more efficiently, deploy media more effectively, and develop breakthrough purpose-driven creativity. 💡 Marcelle Parrish discussed how TAG - The Aspen Group uses AI to develop audience personas, identify the find the right customers, and dramatically improve speed to market. 💡 Jill Cress at H&R Block gave insight into how her teams use AI to improve operational excellence and create highly personalized experiences that drive loyalty and growth with their customers. 🙌 A lot of amazing people came together to make this Lab (+ what's ahead for this group) impactful.
