Fitbit Ace LTE

Fitbit Ace LTE is made with at least 12% recycled materials based on product weight. Yarn used in band is made with 100% recycled polyester, excluding dyes and additives. Recycled yarn is at least 41% of the band based on weight.

Compatible LTE service (included with Ace Pass) not available on all carrier networks or in all areas. LTE service, speed and performance depend on many factors including, but not limited to, carrier network capabilities, device configuration, network traffic, data use, location, signal strength and signal obstruction. Roaming not included. Actual results may vary.

Requires compatible payment card and internet access. Payment cards for supervised users may require a separate paid membership (not included with Fitbit Ace Pass). Not compatible with Android (Go edition). Google Account and Ace Pass required. Works with most phones running Android 11.0 or newer or iOS 15 or newer. Requires parent’s help and Wi-Fi for setup. Maximum battery life is approximate and is based on testing conducted in California in 2023 on pre-production hardware and software, using default settings across a mix of talk, data, standby, and use of other features. Battery life depends on features enabled, usage, environment and many other factors. Use of certain features will decrease battery life. Actual battery life may be lower.

Based on use of in-box USB-C® Fast Charging Cable with 30W adapter (sold separately) plugged into a wall outlet. Actual results may be slower. Charging speed based on testing with fully drained device batteries. Charging testing in 2023 on pre-production hardware and software using default settings with the device powered on. Charging speed depends upon many factors including battery age and ambient temperature.

Like all heart rate and activity tracking technologies, accuracy is affected by physiology, location of device, and your child’s movements and activity.

Fitbit Ace LTE is designed to withstand the pressure exerted by 50 meters (5 ATM) of water. The watch is designed to comply with a water protection rating of 5 ATM under ISO standard 22810:2010 when each device leaves the factory, but it is not waterproof or dust proof. Water and dust resistance are not permanent conditions, and diminish or are lost over time due to normal wear and tear, repair, disassembly or damage. Dropping your device may result in loss of dust or water resistance. Fitbit Ace LTE is designed to be used in shallow water and should not be used for activities involving water at high velocity or high temperature. After any exposure to liquid, we recommend drying the watch and band because, as with any wearable device, it’s best for your child’s skin if the band is clean and dry.

Calling and messaging are dependent upon network connectivity and other factors. Ace Pass data plan required. Contacts must have the Fitbit Ace App on a compatible phone.
