I just downloaded this app so it's my first time using this version. Everything with my first app order was fine until after I paid. The screen that said the order was processing hung up and never finished loading. I couldn't tell if the order was completed or not. Fortunately I found the order confirmation in my email. Not sure if anyone else has had a similar experience.

I use to order through the app to take advantage of the deals as my local location doesn't accept paper coupons. I never know how the app will perform until I'm in it. It can be slow at times. But the last time I tried to use it, it was awful. There was only 1 coupon deal and it wouldn't work. Even the Subway employee tried on my phone and her personal phone. In my case, this app is costing Subway my business. App needs improvement to make more user friendly or just to work correctly...period!

Terrible App Experience I ordered through the app, paid (including a tip), and it glitched—took my money, but the store had no record of my order. I had to reorder in-store, paying $5 more and tipping again, totaling nearly $30 for a footlong, chips, and a drink. Complete waste of time and money. This is exactly why I don’t trust restaurant apps. Subway needs to fix this or risk losing customers. Avoid the hassle—just order in person.
