Since the start of February of this year, the app will not save my phone number and will not actually let me complete a order so it's basically been unusable. Before this I rated it five stars even though not all options are available at all Sonics like a route 44 water. I actually would like to be able to go back to using the app because we actually do order Sonic drinks pretty frequently and would like to actually go back to doing so. If y'all can get this fix I would definitely 5 star again.

App has improved much since early summer. I still prefer the original layout/format but I am able to now pay, check in and get my food with very little issue. (The only time I encounter a problem lately is if the store in question had a power glitch and their internet has a problem which can't be helped). I still think the "rewards" should actually be things you earn but I like the special offers too. Still a little "slow" when changing from one screen to the next.

It's always slow and often unresponsive. When selecting your pickup location, it often goes haywire and gets stuck in a loop trying to load. Shows stores are NOT taking orders sometimes when they're still open, wasting time needing to call the on-site staff to get help and ask for the discount the app gives anyway. Would stop using it, but the discounts to drinks and other stuff are why I keep it, and the only reason it gets 2 stars instead of 1.
