This app used to be fine. It got a major update recently, and now it's terrible. There's no way to save previous orders, or even to view them, so if you have a favorite, too bad, enter it from scratch every time. This is made worse by the app being very slow and unresponsive. It doesn't allow a credit card to be saved and when I use my phone's autofill, it overwrites my email address with my ZIP code which I have to manually fix.

I've never previously felt the need to rate this app because it just did what it was supposed to do. That's all changed with the newest version - and it just plain sucks! 2 Stars is being very generous! It's slower. It is far more steps to complete the exact same order we've made for 5+ years. It's so, so much less useful and the rewards are practically hidden unless you stumble upon the icon in the upper right. If I could roll back this update, it would already be fine. Hate it!

App is typically user friendly and straightforward. Biggest problem is that this app doesn't function half the time I am trying to use it, whether a full crash or an error, and never offers a specific error type, only "something went wrong, try again later". The app also has significant difficulty processing orders when trying to redeem rewards. Why bother giving out rewards points if you won't let us access them? Updates have made this worse -_-
