The app is really amazing for ordering and has a pretty good user interface. The downside is that the notifications for when an order is ready for pickup is not timely. I usually get the notifications close to an after I order and I have long since picked up my order.

The only thing good about this app is clicking place order. The driver tracking is abysmal and you have no idea when the driver is nearby or has even arrived. If you have an issue with your order you can't report it in the app, you have to call the store for them to what? Say sorry. It has definitely improved a little bit over the years but nothing to write home about. Even the rewards system is bad too, just scrap the app and start over.

Lowering by 1 Star after last update just because of the app. The splash screen repeatedly offered the "last call" for my desired sandwich, but it was nowhere accessible on the ordering menu. Also the new limited time dessert option could only be accessed as a side for a combo and not individually as advertised. The food is still great, just had to deduct a point for a malfunctioning app. It would be nice if the checkout would let you select which deal/reward option(s) you'd want to apply
