Apple Watch not tracking sleep

So my Apple Watch used to track my sleep every day and today I slept a little longer than I expected and it doesn’t show my sleep data and I keep refreshing it and it’s not showing up, even when I opened the app on my Apple Watch it popped up for a split second and disappeared again. Idk why that is

Did you already try to force restart your iPhone and Apple Watch?

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

To force restart your watch, press and hold the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again.

After that open the Health App on the iPhone, tap on "Browse" and then "Sleep" and check if the data has been synced.
