The world of work is always changing, but studies consistently show that happy employees perform better. Ample career growth opportunities, flexibility and a sense of community are among the top things workers need to feel fulfilled in today's job market. To celebrate outstanding employers, Newsweek and the Best Practice Institute are partnering for the fourth year to recognize the Most Loved Workplaces in America®. This list was determined using a survey of more than 2.6 million U.S. employees and interviews with hundreds of company officials to identify the best places to work across the country. The 20 companies at the top of this list—including First Watch (#1), Sourcebooks (#2) and Milo's Tea Company (#3), among others—exemplify the very best a workplace can offer, fostering collaboration and growth, and of course, they are places their employees love working.
