Thank you to Katie Blandford and Chase Barney for providing the opportunity to learn from, and collaborate with, some incredible districts. And THANK YOU to the always innovative HISD team and experience management QB Carly Mayes for hosting us all!
The Houston Area Fall Qualtrics User Group/ Lunch and Learn yesterday was a huge success! Thank you Dr. Carly Mayes and Houston ISD for graciously hosting this wonderful event. We were fortunate to hear from some truly outstanding presenters. Dr. Jessica Favier from Houston ISD shared her inspiring journey of evolving from a Qualtrics novice to a power user in just FOUR months. Jessica developed an impressive ticketing system for the audiology department, addressing student needs while streamlining processes, enhancing organization and saving her tons of time. Yvonne Harris and Sheila Collier from Humble ISD showcased how they are engaging their community and implementing more efficient processes. Their innovative approaches included creative solutions for Calendar Feedback, Thanksgiving Feast registration, School Zoning, Test Registration, and Principal Recognition—all designed to increase engagement, save time and boost productivity. Sierra Erdmann and Jamie Deady from Cesa 6 (Qualtrics Implementation Partner) provided valuable tips and tricks for utilizing drill-down questions and dashboards, equipping attendees with practical knowledge they can apply immediately. Nick Kohn, PhD from Isobar Public Sector (Qualtrics Implementation Partner) shared insights on transitioning from Qualtrics Projects to a comprehensive Experience Management Program across your entire district to address student, community, parent and employee experiences. We were thrilled to see so many of our Houston area clients in attendance, as well as several individuals who are not yet Qualtrics customers but joined us to learn more about what we offer. We eagerly anticipate our next user group event in June!
