Often times, task gets overwhelming when its all up in the head. First, start itemising all the task that needs to tackled. Then identify which is the easiest to complete. Sometimes, the ones with the highest priority may be alittle more complicated and would take up more time & effort. If we could clear up the simpler task as quickly as possible, we would free up our minds from thinking about it, and thus have more brain power to deal with complex task more efficiently. I also like to take a couple of moments to walk in the park, to be inspired and see things from a different perspective. Do some deep breathing, to detox and refresh the mind and body. And at the same time, meditate, be present, be mindful of my thoughts & situations.
