I don't need AI features on my workspace account.
This feature increases pricing. We have more than 60 users between the two workspace accounts we manage.

I'm extremely frustrated that Google Workspace prices in Australia are increasing from $30 to $37 per user on March 25th. With 43 staff, this is a significant additional cost—especially since we don’t even use the AI functionality. Working in healthcare, we handle confidential information, so AI features are disabled via the admin panel. Yet, we’re still being forced to pay for something we don’t use!

@cathellis I commiserate with you on the price change.  However, I wanted to note that because of the way Gemini is designed, if used under the Google Workspace account I think you can make a strong argument it's just helping you as the user with no risks to the data.  What is your barrier to using AI?  -KAM
