Replace or file a warranty claim for Google Pixel Watch

If your Google Pixel Watch becomes defective through no fault of your own, you may be able to return it for replacement, repair or a refund, at Google’s discretion. Accidental damage isn't covered under warranty.

Important: Warranty terms can vary based on the country or region where you bought your device. You can get online and phone support everywhere we sell Pixel Watch. To review the terms of your warranty, visit the Google Hardware Warranty Center.

Step 1: Check your Pixel Watch’s warranty status

The interactive warranty checker helps you check your warranty coverage, find solutions to common device issues, or connect with our team.

Check your Pixel Watch warranty

Reminder:
  • The interactive warranty checker helps you check your warranty coverage, find solutions to common device issues, or connect with our team.

  • For India customers, if you receive a non-working Pixel Watch within 14 days of purchase, you are able to file a claim. Read our policy.

Step 2: Repair or replace your Pixel Watch

Important:

  • To obtain warranty service, you must follow Google's procedures. You must provide your name, contact information, and IMEI and/or serial number(s). You may also be required to provide proof of purchase and answer our diagnostic questions about your Pixel Watch’s issues.

  • Make sure you back up your device before sending it back for replacement. Your watch automatically backs up your game progress or settings as long as you're connected to WiFi or LTE.

  1. Find your Pixel Watch IMEI and serial numbers.

  2. Pick your support option based on your device’s warranty status or if you purchased Preferred Care coverage:

Preferred Care

If you purchased Preferred Care, you can make a claim online or over the phone. Learn how to make a claim.

In-warranty

If your Pixel Watch is under warranty and your claim is covered, you can get your Pixel Watch replaced by contacting us. Your device will need to be sent to us for a checkup. If it's defective, we'll provide a replacement.1

If you bought it in a different country or region, check the warranty that came with your product. If we don't sell this product in your country or region, you may not be able to get online or phone support there.

Out of warranty

If your Pixel Watch is out of warranty or your claim isn't covered, you may be able to purchase a replacement for your device at a discounted price (without the charging cable and the bands). For more information or to start the replacement process, contact us.

Important: We only offer cart links or mail-in for Pixel Watch replacements. You can contact the Google Store or Pixel watch support for claims that are out-of-warranty even if your Pixel Watch was purchased from another retailer.
