Find your Fitbit Ace LTE serial numbers

For repairs and replacements, you need a serial number.

Find your serial number

In your watch settings

1. Press and hold the top button scroll down tap Settings .
2. Tap System About.
3. Swipe down to find your serial numbers.

On your physical watch

1. Remove the band from the top bar.
2. Find the serial numbers etched inside the top band bar.

​In the Ace app

1. Open the Fitbit Ace app .
2. On your child’s card, tap Settings Tap Device.
3. The serial number will be listed at the bottom of the list. Tapping on the number will immediately copy it.
