This story was interesting. I felt that it was a bit hard to follow, as it seemed there were sections where the author didn't need to add what I consider trivial interludes to justify how many words were needed to complete a novel. I always enjoy Patterson's works, and am sad when the end occurs and there is nothing more to read. In this particular story, the ending was a bit of a downer for me. Not that it finished with everyone safe and healthy, but it left me wanting a better finish.
