Sometimes doesn't work properly, I get stuck on infinite loading every now and then. Also a bit disappointing that there are never captions available, to my knowledge at least.

This app is so secure it will erase your previous password every time you need it. If you love spending weeks waiting for HR to send a reset for every update you need, this is the app for you.

Always having issues. If anyone calls you when using the app it then generates errors and one has to exit the app and log back in. Very poor learning app. More frustration that what it is worth. There IT support say it may have to do with providers and different chips in phones. If picking this product because of the mobile app, I would carefully reconsider.
