Pretty easy to use the only thing that was a bit confusing was that the show I'm attending starts at 8p and the app shows a 3 hour window that you can change but the price changed as I added time to our reservation because my wife is disabled and in a wheelchair. However once I started the booking process it said our reserve time was from 2pm-8am the next day which is great but just a little confusing to understand as a first time user. Other than that all went well and was fairly easy.

First time using this app. Going to a concert with a friend who was super worried about parking. I tried one other app before this. It was confusing and too much to click to get where I needed. Immediately upon entering this app i selected events went to the next day with the event i was attending, it popped up all the parking locations, clicked book and reserve, paid and it was done. Took all of 15 seconds. Great app!!!

This is the worst app I have ever tried to use to park. What a piece of garbage. They charge you a "service fee" that is supposed to help maintain the app. Clearly they are using the money for something else because they app is a piece of junk. It would not let me pick the time to park and then when I tried to adjust the time it said the time was not available.....useless parking app.
