You have menu to chat with the restaurant on your app. But what's the point if I can't even contact them. It only can be used when the restaurant made first contact, coz there's problem with the orders. But when I can't do anything when I realized I made a mistake and want to make any correction, like when I wanted to order TIDAK PEDAS but instead I wrote PEDAS. I realized the mistake immediately but can't do anything. My advice, better make 2 way communication for this menu. Or delete it.

I love using GoCar as their drivers are respectful and usually on-time. However, there are several things I want to note on my experience: 1. With the Even-Odd exception in several area in Jakarta, I wish that when drivers decide to take my order their license plate can match to minimize the time required for the route. There have been too many drivers accepting my request although their license plate do not match. 2. I can't put more than one stop to drop my friends on my trips.

There's a bug in the app that prevents me from contacting the driver, whether it's for GoFood, GoCar, or other services. This has made it really difficult to communicate with them, and we miss out on any updates or information they might have because of this issue. Every time I press the chat button, the screen goes white, and the app crashes. Please address this problem as it has significantly impacted my experience.
