I have been meditating for years and I was excited when my employer included this as a benefit. That excitement ended quickly once I started using the app. It's a very busy app and feels very Sesame Street to me. I was having trouble sleeping and I remembered that I could use this app for free. I wanted to see what teachers they used w/o success. I clicked on 1 that sounded like an AI voice (ugh). If you are new to meditation, this is great. If you aren't, go elsewhere. (Insight timer)

I've had this app since 2018 and actually paid for it on and off (depending on my finances). They stopped offering aaany ongoing free content, so now it's no longer something I'll recommend to people or will purchase myself again. Old: Seems money grubbing to me. $70/year is the "discounted" price. Hah! And it's already in the top 5 money makers. Bye Headspace. I'll go try something else. OH! And don't bother downloading and creating an account if you're not ready to pay $13/MONTH or 70/year!

This app has been integral in my meditation learning. I've used it off and on for years, and always come back. I was searching for a Bath time specific meditation this evening and didn't find any. Could you please consider adding some? If you could add any sleep stories or courses narrated by Cory Muscara that would be wonderful too. His teachings are so easy for me to digest, and learn and grow from. Thank you for this app!

What’s new

A steady meditation practice can calm the mind. But sometimes a bug appears in the app and it distracts us. We removed that bug from this latest version, and we already feel more at ease.
