Filter did not clearly show shoes that were available at my selected location for pick-up. Adding to cart and applying discounts was buggy. Had to click several times and app wasn't intuitive enough to fill in my name even though I had signed into the app. Frustrating, look more time than it should have.

The app is not clear when a size is not available, for example with socks. Discount codes and $5 off don't work on majority of items. Trouble resetting password. You have to check your email for the password reset code, but then you lose the password reset screen I the app to put the code in and wind up stuck in a loop. I wound up having to get into my computer to check my email. The app could definitely be better and more clear.

Something went wrong with your app, it can no longer take Favorites, the shopping cart can't move anything to Favorites, and it lost all my previous Favorites! As an elite shopper for over 20 years, this frustrates me. I don't want to have to search through thousands of shoes to re-find something I was looking at that I want to revisit.
