All these developers are the same. They use an algorithm that only gives you enough time to almost beat the level. No matter how fast you are, how many combos you create, you will get a point or two less than you need at a certain level. I left a couple of these games that do the same thing. They don't create a fair game. I know I'm super good at this so it's def them cheating you. Making you think you need gems and how expensive the upgrades are is asinine.

Hello Chef, there may be some difficult levels in the game. However, the entire game is free. All levels have been balanced and can be completed without diamonds. Feedback about your upgrades being too expensive will be submitted to development. Thank you for taking the time to share your opinions with us!

Edit, answer to Customer Service: the last level of Chapter 2 is IMPOSSIBLE to win without multiple boosters, and I haven't enough gems to buy more. I have tried over a dozen times with one or two boosters AND upgraded equipment, and it is IMPOSSIBLE. I've watched ads to earn coins and boosters, and STIll cannot make it. Original: Pay to win. Impossible to pass Chapter 2 unless you spend money. No thanks; if I got in to maybe Chapter 5 and was invested, I'd be persuaded to spend money.

Hello Chef, playing faster, achieving more than 5 combos and using power-ups will help you. Diamonds can be obtained from daily bonuses, daily missions, pink levels, bonus levels and various events. If you have any problems playing a level, you can send a video of your gameplay through the in-game button.

Everything fixed immediately by the vendor. Currently still playing after years and trying many, many others. Love this game!! Keep it up!! Recent update no longer allowing payments. After the recent fall update, i can no longer access payment options when needed. Wrote emails to vendor with no response. This is awful as it is my favorite game, and am 2 maps away from finishing the game. 😭😭 I have played for a few years, and sad that I cant move forward and with lack of response from vendor.
