It's not a native app, just a wrapper around their site so it feels clunky. The warehouse stock feature is garbage, it's never been accurate. Also, the app kind of locks up if you switch to another app with your member QR code as the last thing on the screen. If you use it to scan in then bring your phone back out in the checkout line, you gotta swipe the app away and reopen it to get the QR code to load. Kind of irritating to have to fumble with your phone during checkout.

I absolutely love Costco but man, the app couldn't be any worse. It was already terrible to begin with and it has recently started to give the "page not found" error message when I try to access certain areas such as my shopping cart, purchase history, you know the stuff that's pretty important for shopping online. Please fix this asap or just hire a more knowledgeable app developer, period.

Edit: Fix you app! I can't even use it anymore. Search function broke This app is an absolute dumpster fire. Can't even view my cart. Pressing the back button on Android erases my search results instead of taking me back to my search results. Incredibly slow to receive data from Costco servers. From a company like Costco, and in 2024 no less, I expect much much more. Lack of intuition in navigating the menus. Feel free to contact me for further input, or if you want to hire me to fix your app.
