This Policy describes how LoveLingo ("us," "we," or "our") uses and discloses information when you access or use the LoveLingo mobile application, whether through a mobile device or computer (collectively, the "Service").
This Policy is only applicable to the LoveLingo Service, and not to any other websites that you may be able to access from the LoveLingo Service, each of which may have data collection and use practices and policies that differ materially from this Policy.

What Personal Information Do We Collect?
1.Information You Voluntarily Provide: When you visit, use, or navigate our Services, we may process personal information depending on how you interact with LoveLingo and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use.
We recommend and encourage you to think carefully about the personal information you disclose about yourself to other users. We do not recommend that you put email addresses, URLs, instant messaging details, phone numbers, full names or addresses, credit card or other financial details, national identity numbers, driver's license details, or other sensitive information on your profile or in a chat message since such information may be open to abuse and misuse.
While you may voluntarily provide us with sensitive information about yourself such as your ethnicity, personal interests, religion, or other sensitive information, there is no requirement to do so. Texts that you upload may also reveal more detailed information about yourself or your location. You should be cautious and review any Texts you choose to upload. Where you choose to post sensitive personal information about yourself, the information you share is at your own risk.

2.Information We Automatically Collect: When you use the LoveLingo, we automatically collect and store certain information about your mobile device, location, and your activities within the app. This information includes type of device (model and manufacturer), operating system and version number, app version number, IP address, and the date and time you accessed our services.
We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number, and the security code associated with your payment instrument. As you use the LoveLingo app, we also collect data with regards to your actions within the app. This data may include the date, time, and location you opened the app, content you have liked or disliked, whether you have read or deleted any messages, any changes made to your profile or account settings, and the date and time you deactivated your account.

• Your IP address and mobile device identifiers (such as your device ID, advertising ID, MAC address, IMEI)
• Data about your device, such as device name and operating system, browser type and language

In most cases, we also create a specific ID for you when you use the Service.

We do not process sensitive personal information. We do not receive any information from third parties.

1.Disclosure By Law: You acknowledge and agree that we may disclose information you provide if required to do so by law, at the request of a third party, or if we, in our sole discretion, believe that disclosure is reasonable to comply with the law, requests or orders from law enforcement, or any legal process (whether or not such disclosure is required by applicable law); protect or defend LoveLingo's, or a third party's, rights or property; or protect someone's health or safety, such as when harm or violence against any person (including you) is threatened.
2.Disclosure to Protect Abuse Victims: Notwithstanding any other provision of this privacy statement or our Terms of Service, we reserve the right, but have no obligation, to disclose any information that you submit to the Services, if in our sole opinion, we suspect or have reason to suspect, that the information involves a party who may be the victim of abuse in any form. Abuse may include, without limitation, elder abuse, child abuse, spousal abuse, neglect, or domestic violence.
3.OTHER USERS AND APP APPLICATIONS.Social interactions are a fundamental aspect of our app applications. Other users may, for instance, view your profile information, app activities, and read the messages you have shared.
4.PARTNERS WORKING ON OUR BEHALLF.We collaborate with partners to provide various services for us. These partners handle your data solely based on our instructions to deliver the service, such as hosting, user support, advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention.
5.Other Companies and Public Authorities.
To combat fraud and illegal activities, we may share data with other companies and organizations and disclose it to public authorities in response to lawful requests. We may also reveal your data with your consent, to adhere to legal requirements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our users, or others.
6.Advertising and Social Media Partners.
Our service incorporates features from our partners, such as social media interaction tools and in-app advertising. These partners may access your data and are governed by their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies to understand more about their data processing practices.
Disclosure for Accounts Payable or Collections: It is your duty to make sure that you keep your account(s) in good standing with us. If you have an outstanding balance, or if you dispute your payment to us with your credit card or financial institution for any reason, please note that all information collected from your activity on our website may be disclosed to the bank and/or collections agency we work with for the purposes of establishing proof of user's identity, proof of use, proof that service was provided, and/or collecting any outstanding debt owed to us.
What Is Our Stance On Third-party Websites?
The Services, including our offer wall, may link to third-party websites, online services, or mobile applications and/or contain advertisements from third parties that are not affiliated with us and which may link to other websites, services, or applications. Accordingly, we do not make any guarantee regarding any such third parties, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the use of such third-party websites, services, or applications. The inclusion of a link towards a third-party website, service, or application does not imply an endorsement by us. We cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of data you provide to any third parties. Any data collected by third parties is not covered by this privacy notice. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of any third parties, including other websites, services, or applications that may be linked to or from the Services. Information You Provide about Yourself While Using Our Service:
Whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information on publicly-viewable pages, that information will be publicly available and can be collected and used by others. For example, if you post your email address, you may receive unsolicited messages. We cannot control who reads your posting or what other users may do with the information you voluntarily post, so we encourage you to exercise discretion and caution with respect to your personal information.
INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Our Service is global by nature and your data can therefore be transferred to anywhere in the world. Because different countries may have different data protection laws than your own country, we take steps to ensure adequate safeguards are in place to protect your data as explained in this Policy. Adequate safeguards that our partners may use include standard contractual clauses approved by EU Commission and the Privacy Shield certification in case of transfers to the USA.

Opt-out of marketing emails and other direct marketing.
You may opt-out of receiving promotional communications, such as marketing emails from us by following the instructions in such communications.
Opt-out of targeted advertising.
You can opt-out of interest-based advertising on mobile applications by checking the privacy settings of your Android or iOS device and selecting "limit ad tracking" (Apple iOS) or "opt-out of interest based ads" (Android). For personalized app offers opt-out, you can use the options provided in the app settings.
Access the personal data we hold about you.
If you request, we will provide you a copy of your personal data in an electronic format.
Your other rights.
You also have the right to correct your data, have your data deleted, object how we use or share your data, and restrict how we use or share your data. You can always withdraw your consent.
We will respond to all requests within a reasonable time frame. This is usually within 30 days.
If you wish to exercise any of the data subject rights described above, please use the support options described in the "Contact Us Email" above. We will respond to all requests in accordance with applicable law. To protect your privacy, we may also take additional steps to verify your identity before fulfilling your request, for example, by asking you to provide us with a purchase receipt or other account information, by asking you to link your email address to your application account (for example, through a user ID), or by asking you to answer questions about your activity on our Services. Once you have verified your identity, we will complete the data deletion operation within 30 days.
Alternatively, you can delete your personal data through our app by following these steps:
1.Open the app and go to the Profile Tab.
2.Select My Info.
3.Navigate to Data Management.
4.Click on Delete Data.
You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment as a result of your exercise of these rights.
COOKIE AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGY
Like most online services, our partners and we use cookie and similar technology to provide and personalize the Service, analyze use, target advertisements and prevent fraud.
HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR DATA
Security Safeguards. In order to help ensure a secure and safe user experience, we are continuously developing and implementing administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or against loss, misuse or alteration.
Data retention. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. We will for example periodically de-identify unused app accounts and we regularly review and de-identify unnecessary data. Note that if you would like to request us to remove your personal data, you can contact us by email. We may retain your data as necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
AGE LIMITS
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data about or direct or target interest based advertising to anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to use our Services. If you are under 13, please do not send any data about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under the age of 13 may provide any personal data. If we learn that we have collected personal data about a child under age 13, we will delete that data as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any data from or about a child under the age of 13, please contact us.
CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES:
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
Changes to This Privacy Policy:
We reserve the right, at any time, to add to, change, update, or modify this Policy, simply by posting such change, update, or modification on the LoveLingo website and without any other notice to you. Any such change, update, or modification will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. If any changes are made to this Privacy Policy, we will reflect the "Last Revised" date above. It is your responsibility to review this Policy from time to time to ensure that you continue to agree with all of its terms.
