Yes! You always start with a free trial, giving you the opportunity to experience our hosting platform worry-free.
Do you already have a WordPress site hosted elsewhere? We can migrate your site for free. Test and see the difference on a temporary URL first; this won’t affect your current site.
Yes! There are two ways to get a lower price per site.
The first way is to pay yearly instead of monthly.
The other way is by hosting multiple sites. Your price per site will automatically adjust.
If you delete a site or downgrade it to a smaller plan, then we will credit your account with the unused portion of the old plan. You can use this credit to create or upgrade other sites on our platform.
We unfortunately can not pay out the credits.
Our payment provider is Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. Furthermore, we accept various local payment methods like iDeal and Bancontact.
The amount of memory and CPU cores get assigned to three components of your sites: the WordPress site, the database and the Redis database cache. Of the total amount of memory and CPU cores, 40% gets assigned to the WordPress site, 40% to the database, and 20% to the Redis cache.
For example: if you choose our Pro plan with 10 GB total memory and 10 total CPU cores, these will be assigned as follows:
- WordPress: 4 GB memory + 4 CPU cores
- Database: 4 GB memory + 4 CPU cores
- Redis: 2 GB memory + 2 CPU cores
All prices listed on our website are excluding VAT. VAT will be added if this is applicable to you. The percentage VAT depends on your country or state.
